Submission Guidelines

Please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your work to EACE2025.

Submission Requirements
  • Originality: Submissions must represent original work that has not been published previously.
  • Format: Papers must follow the conference template (download below) and be 5 pages in length.
  • Language: All submissions must be in English with proper grammar and spelling.
  • File Format: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF.
  • Supplementary Materials: Include all figures, tables, and references within the main document.

Submission Methods

Wait for confirmation: You will receive an acknowledgment email within 1-2 working days.
Reviewing Process

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process:

Initial Screening: The organizing committee will check for completeness and adherence to submission guidelines.

Double-Blind Review: Qualified papers will be assigned to at least three technical program committee members for review.

Decision Notification: Authors will receive one of: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Major Revisions Required, or Reject.

Camera-Ready Submission: Accepted papers must submit final versions by the specified deadline.

The typical review period is 1-2 weeks from submission to decision notification.

Plagiarism Policy
Important: EACE2025 maintains a strict policy against plagiarism in any form. All submissions will be screened using similarity detection software.

Policy Details:

  • Similarity Threshold: Papers showing more than 20% similarity to existing works (excluding references) will be automatically rejected.
  • Self-Plagiarism: Reuse of author's own previously published material must be properly cited and limited to 30% of content.
  • Consequences: Plagiarism will result in rejection and may lead to banning from future conference submissions.
  • Appeals: Authors may appeal decisions by providing detailed explanations within 7 days of notification.

By submitting to EACE2025, authors affirm that their work is original and properly cites all referenced material.
