Instruction for Oral Presentations
  • Presentation Duration: 15 minutes total (12min presentation + 3min Q&A)
  • File Format: PowerPoint (16:9 aspect ratio) or PDF
  • Submission Deadline: Send files to conference email by June 25
  • Equipment Check: Test your presentation during scheduled tech checks
Important: The conference program should be available to download at least one month before the conference.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
  • Poster Size: A0 portrait (841mm x 1189mm)
  • Setup Time: June 30, 08:30-09:00 in Conference Room
  • Posters are required to be optimized and attractive. Information should be visible from a proper distance, say, one meter away.
  • Please note that during your poster session, you as the author should stay by your poster and ready to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
Design Tip: Use large fonts (24pt+) and high-contrast colors for readability
